Membership and platform fee
EUS.life provides member tools and a marketplace operated under the Neptunewiz brand in Portugal. Contact hello@eus.life for account and service support. Membership costs €9 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Public discovery pages can be browsed before joining; an active membership is required for new listings, requests, rentals, document uploads, immigration cases and Kanani TV.
Service and rental payments
Prices are shown in EUR. A 5% EUS fee is included in each paid service or rental total and deducted from the provider allocation. A €100 booking allocates €5 to EUS and €95 to the provider before payment costs and taxes. Monthly membership is separate from the price of a job, legal service, property stay or car rental. Any cleaning fee shown in a rental quote is included in the total and the 5% fee calculation.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Use the Membership page and Stripe billing portal to cancel future renewals or update your payment method. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Contact hello@eus.life to request help with withdrawal, refunds or billing errors. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment; the platform confirms payment from Stripe events.
Hosts and providers
Members must provide accurate listings, photographs they may use and clear service rules. Hosts are responsible for their right to offer the property or vehicle and for applicable registration, licensing, insurance and driver requirements. A host declaration is not an EUS insurance guarantee or professional verification. Discuss arrangements and review the listed rules before paying. Exact rental locations and host contact details are shown privately after approval.
Bookings and support
A booking request needs host approval before a rental quote can be paid. Approval holds the requested dates but does not mean payment has been made. Unpaid requests can be canceled before checkout starts. For cancellation after checkout starts, confirmed bookings, refunds or disputes, contact hello@eus.life. Support will review the booking and applicable rules; the interface does not promise escrow or automatic refunds.
Immigration documents and professionals
KYC documents are submitted for professional review. Uploading a document does not verify identity, establish eligibility or approve an immigration application. A platform lawyer must have professional registration reviewed by administration and receive the client’s explicit document-sharing authorisation. A lawyer’s update that an application was filed is a professional report, not an automated submission by EUS or a decision by an authority.
Account access
You control which stored documents are selected for a legal case and can withdraw future lawyer access. Previously downloaded copies may be subject to the professional’s own duties and retention requirements. Account restrictions may be applied to inaccurate listings, misuse or safety issues. Contact support about an account restriction or access to an existing paid transaction. These terms do not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
